Deposits
All services requires a deposit to be paid at time of booking in order to secure an appointment. This deposit is non-refundable, and will be kept if you cancel without rescheduling. If you have any questions about your deposit, please contact Brittany Coleman.

Cancellations
If you cancel less than 24 hours prior, your deposit will be kept and you will be charged the difference between your deposit and 50% of service price for cancelling with less than 24 hours notice.
100% if you fail to show up at your appointment.

Rescheduling
Appointments can be reschduled once before the lost of the deposit. Appointment will be cancelled and rescheduled with a new deposit, or in extreme cases 100% payment.

Refunds/Redos
If by chance you are unhappy with your hair (limits), you must reach out within 48 hrs and book the next available appointment, we will work on a solution that both parties agree upon. Whether that’s a different service (limits) or a redo of your current service. No finance refund will be giving.
